Job Title: Salon Manager in Training
Job OverviewAs a seasoned Sales Manager in the beauty industry, you will inspire and guide our sales team to not only meet but exceed sales targets while building strong client relationships. Your leadership will be essential in driving revenue growth, refining sales strategies, and ensuring overall team success. You will also play a crucial role in training staff, recruiting talented individuals, and contributing to the team’s achievements.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to surpass sales targets and performance expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and enhance revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with peers to align sales strategies with product launches and promotions.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales representatives to elevate their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Create and implement training programs for new hires and continuously improve the skills of existing team members.
- Recruit, interview, and select high-quality candidates to strengthen the sales team.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay informed and proactive.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
