Assemble complex wax patterns and gating components using wet welding (torch), hot pencils, and hand tools;
Read and follow detailed TECH card instructions for unique and varied assembly steps;
Inspect pattern and gating components before and after assembly;
Use full-time assembly fixtures to maintain dimensional control and stability;
Modify gates by reshaping, splicing, or reducing to ensure proper assembly and gauge contact areas using hot pencil, torch, or paint seal
