Resin Application Lead Technician – 2nd Shift
Safran Cabin Materials – Marysville, WA
Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday–Friday
Training: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday–Friday for approximately 30 days
Pay: $22.00/hr, plus $1.25/hr shift differential once fully trained and on the 2nd shift.
- Lead a crew in the Legacy work center that produces Honeycomb Core Blocks.
- Operate all equipment in the Resin Application process.
- Prioritize and manage the production schedule to meet daily requirements.
- Direct operators to tasks for the production shift.
- Participate in all areas of the Resin Application department.
- Ensure work orders are completed correctly, legibly, and on time.
- Document traceability of products used in the process.
- Lead problem‑solving and operational improvement activities for the shift.
- Ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures.
- Perform production duties with the team as needed.
- Enter transactions in the ERP system.
- Coordinate training for employees.
- Cross‑train or transfer to other departments as needed.
- Complete other tasks as needed; flexibility is key.

- Prior experience with increased responsibility in daily tasks.
- Prior lead experience preferred.
- Prior experience performing ERP transactions preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant steady work history (manufacturing a plus).
- Good basic math skills.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Legible handwriting or printing.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks or priorities.
- Capacity to lift 50pounds (two‑person lift available).
- Forklift certification required; training provided.
