Fill & Fair
The role of Fill & Fair is considered a mid-level role within Safran Cabin Manufacturing/Production operations. Summary of duties include preparing surfaces and aircraft structures for decorative application, ensuring and improving product flow throughout the working cell to meet production schedule, adhering to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints, and work orders, documenting the materials used in the process to maintain traceability, cleaning panels in preparation for filling and fairing, mixing and applying filling material to aircraft interior parts, fairing parts after application and drying of filler, and cleaning work area, machines, tools, and equipment during and after production.

Qualification:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience. Other skills include the ability to read and write English at a level necessary for successful job performance, good hand/eye coordination, sensitivity to safety regulations and requirements, ability to self-inspect work and correct discrepancies in a timely manner, knowledge to operate basic machinery & various pneumatic/hand tools, and understanding the concept of utilizing work orders.
