cTrace Solutions is seeking a LPN in Marysville, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus

Compensation: $33 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

6:15am-7:30pm - Must be available any day of the week / working 3 days a week and off 4 days and one weekend day a week - Must be available Saturdays and Sundays - Must be flexible as hours/shifts can change due to needs of facility

• Provide skilled practical nursing care within Ohio scope of practice, including medication administration, treatments, vital signs, wound care, and enteral feedings under direction of RN/Physician.
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions; implement physician orders and respond appropriately to emergencies, including CPR and AED use.
• Maintain accurate medical records, medication administration logs (including controlled substances), infection control documentation, and required regulatory reports.
• Assist RNs and physicians with procedures; provide patient education and support during medical appointments and follow-up care.
• Maintain organized medical work areas, manage supplies and medication inventory, and provide guidance to direct care staff in delivering general nursing care.

• OH LPN License
• CPR/BLS
• $33 per hour, based on experience
