We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a collaborative team environment. This role involves conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient exams (18-21 per day) and document findings in EMR (NEXTGEN)
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe and manage treatment plans, including medications and therapies
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as suturing, wound care, and immunizations
- Counsel patients on preventive health, nutrition, and lifestyle habits
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure coordinated, quality care
- Mentor or guide students, assistants, or junior staff as needed
- Maintain compliance with all safety and confidentiality protocols
- Clinical judgment and decision-making
- Strong communication and active listening
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Time management and coordination
- Service orientation and teamwork
- Current California NP & RN Licenses in good standing
- DEA License and BLS Certification required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Graduate of an accredited NP training program
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
