Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our team.

As aFull-Time Caregiver (CNA/HCA), you will provide safe, compassionate, and individualized care in accordance with each client's Plan of Care.
This is afull-time position based on a 40-hour work week. We strive to provide consistent, long-term client assignments whenever possible while matching caregivers with clients based on location, experience, availability, and care needs.
Schedules may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts, including 8-hour and 12-hour assignments.
Essential Responsibilities Direct Client Care- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in accordance with the client's individualized Plan of Care.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, feeding, and mobility.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and range of motion.
- Support meal preparation, hydration, and nutritional needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Promote client dignity, independence, privacy, and quality of life.
- Observe and promptly report changes in client condition.
When appropriately trained and delegated by a Registered Nurse, responsibilities may include:
- Medication administration or assistance
- Vital signs and blood glucose monitoring
- Skin care
- Bowel and bladder care
- Feeding tube-related tasks
- Other delegated nursing tasks within training and competency requirements
- Follow each client's individualized Plan of Care.
- Complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, nurses, and agency staff.
- Promptly report changes in condition, safety concerns, and unmet client needs.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.
- Participate in required education and competency assessments.
- Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to complete required certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned client locations
- Ability to successfully complete required background and credential verification requirements
- Previous caregiving or community-based care experience
- Nurse Delegation certification
- Experience supporting clients with dementia, Parkinson's disease, developmental disabilities, hospice or end-of-life needs, or other complex care needs
