Retail Lead Specialist

As a Retail Lead Specialist with ARS-Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, you will be the face of our construction-related home services in partnered retail locations. You'll proactively approach customers, explain products and service options, and generate qualified leads and appointments for our local service centers. Working in a safety-first, customer-focused culture, you'll track activity, meet daily lead and sales goals, and collaborate closely with branch teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail customers to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter construction-related home services.
• Qualify prospects and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Explain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical offerings in customer-friendly terms.
• Achieve daily and weekly lead, appointment, and sales targets.
• Maintain a professional branded presence and merchandising in retail locations.
• Accurately capture customer data in POS or lead-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with service center teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads.
• Follow safety-first guidelines and company policies in all retail locations.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on services and promotions.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and retail location performance.
