Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Under Armour seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations in a high-performance retail environment. You'll drive sales, deliver premium customer experiences, and uphold brand standards while managing staffing, training, scheduling, and performance for a diverse team. Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention to maximize profitability. Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure alignment with Under Armour brand standards
• Drive sales performance and key retail KPIs through effective execution and coaching
• Deliver premium customer service and resolve escalated customer issues
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop store associates and supervisors
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product flow to the sales floor
• Oversee visual merchandising and in-store presentation to reflect brand guidelines
• Monitor loss prevention, cash handling, and operational compliance
• Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on retail initiatives and promotions
