Sales Lead Generator

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to build a strong pipeline for our residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services within the construction industry. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls, emails, and research to identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our sales and field teams. You'll leverage CRM tools to track activity, maintain accurate records, and hit lead-generation targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify residential and light commercial leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in the construction sector.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to identify decision-makers and project opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to log activities, track lead status, and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
• Schedule appointments and estimate visits for sales and field service teams.
• Collaborate with local service centers to align lead generation with capacity and regional goals.
• Research target markets, builders, property managers, and contractors to expand the sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead and conversion targets.
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication that reflects ARS/Rescue Rooter's safety-first and integrity-driven culture.
