In-Store Lead Generator

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Store Lead Generator to represent our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside retail partner locations. In this customer-facing role, you will proactively approach shoppers, spark conversations about comfort, safety, and efficiency in their homes, and qualify interest in our repair, replacement, and maintenance solutions. You'll capture accurate lead information, schedule in-home appointments, and support local service centers in meeting growth goals.

ARS/Rescue Rooter offers year-round stability, ongoing training, recognition, and clear paths into sales or leadership across our national network.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage shoppers in retail or big-box store locations
• Educate customers on ARS/Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Qualify customer interest and gather contact information accurately
• Schedule in-home appointments for comfort consultants or service technicians
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and conversion targets
• Maintain a professional, safety-focused presence that reflects company values
• Track leads and interactions in company-approved tools or forms
• Collaborate with local service center teams to ensure smooth follow-up
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to refine messaging and techniques
• Comply with all store, company, and safety policies and procedures
