Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policy enforcement;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, controlled manner and coordinate with first responders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, enforcing community rules and property access procedures;
Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations observed during patrols to property management
