Position SummaryAs an Emergency Response Technician, you’ll be the first line of defense when disaster happens. This role is physically active and fast-paced, with a direct impact on helping families and businesses recover from property damage.

Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls (water, mold, fire, storm damage).
- Assist in mitigation activities such as water extraction, demolition, and drying.
- Set up and monitor drying and remediation equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Document job progress with notes and photos using company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service to property owners on-site.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends.
- Communicate job updates clearly with team leads and supervisors.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Restoration experience a plus, but not required – we will train the right person
. - Must pass a drug screening (Drug-Free Employer).
- Reliable transportation to and from Snohomish, WA.
- Monday to Friday
- On-call rotations (evenings & weekends)
- Overtime available
- Travel up to 25% (local region)
Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 (depending on experience)
Additional Pay: Bonus opportunities based on performance
