As a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at our local retail store, your role will support and oversee repair within the Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

Currently offering a $2,000 sign‑on bonus (for select locations). The sign‑on bonus can pay up to $5,000.00.

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large‑Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and hand, digital, and power tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support stores and store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines per Walmart’s Refrigeration HVAC safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080
• Sign‑on bonus of $2,000 (for select locations)
• Compensation based on skill set, experience, and other job‑related factors.
