The Village of Maryville is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to serve as a Building & Zoning Code Enforcement Officer within the Building & Zoning Department.
This position is responsible for conducting inspections and enforcement activities to ensure compliance with Village ordinances, zoning regulations, property maintenance standards, occupancy requirements, and applicable building codes. Duties also include assisting with occupancy inspections, select building inspections, investigating complaints, and providing exceptional customer service to residents, businesses, contractors, and visitors.
Salary Range$48,000 - $55,000 annually
