About the Team

The Technology PMO partners closely with technology delivery teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver complex, enterprise‑level initiatives across Clayton Homes. This role sits within the technology PMO focused on driving consistency, transparency, and delivery excellence through standardized project and program management practices.

The Project Manager will play a key role in advancing PMO maturity by leading large, multi‑workstream programs, contributing to the development and standardization of PMO processes, and mentoring other project managers across the organization. This role will also specialize in Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), supporting project execution, resource and capacity planning, and portfolio‑level visibility to enable informed decision‑making.

This position will be heavily engaged in large‑scale technology initiatives that leverage modern, cloud‑based and event‑driven architectures. The role works closely with Agile delivery teams, including Scrum teams, product managers, architects, and technical leads, supporting solutions built on technologies such as API‑based integrations, AWS infrastructure, .NET/Core services, Kafka event streaming, SaaS platforms, and integrations with legacy platforms. Success in this role requires comfort operating in hybrid environments that blend Agile and plan‑driven delivery approaches, coordinating dependencies across multiple teams, and translating complex technical execution into clear, executive‑level communication.
