Manufacturing Facility | Maintenance Department

What You'll Do

* Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems

* Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, clear faults, and assist with diagnostics

* Program and troubleshoot VFD starters

* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and Ladder Logic

* Ensure compliance with NEC standards, Arc Flash, and LOTO procedures

* Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives

* Mentor and train less-experienced maintenance team members

* Lead or assist with electrical projects

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or GED (technical training/apprenticeship preferred)

* 3+ years of industrial electrical experience preferred

* Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment

* Working knowledge of PLC systems and VFD programming

* Ability to read electrical prints and engineering diagrams

* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Work Environment

* Manufacturing floor (non-climate controlled, loud environment)

* Must be able to stand, lift (25+ lbs), climb, bend, and wear required PPE
