To excel as a Utility Worker at Metal Culverts, Inc., you must possess a strong foundational understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, plus basic welding & fabrication knowledge, skills. Effective problem-solving skills are crucial, as you will encounter a variety of challenges that require quick and efficient solutions. In addition to technical knowledge, computer skills are important for looking up replacement parts and manuals.

Forklift experience is preferred. Ability to load, unload and strap pipe down properly. You should also have good time management and willing to learn new skillsets. Class B or CDL with a manual transmission license required.
