Greet and assist patients and families, respond to inquiries, and manage communication at the nurse's station.;
Monitor and restock supplies, manage inventory, and maintain organized unit supply rooms.;
Perform clerical duties including data entry, meeting minutes, and bulletin boards maintenance as needed.;
Support continuity of care through cross-training between clinical and administrative functions.
