Coordinate and perform finishing, including painting, staining, sheetrock, plaster, and metal work.;
Inspect work of outside contractors for quality of work, both ongoing and completed, and report status to assigned supervisor.;
Attend construction meetings on major jobs or renovations as needed.;
Inspect on-going construction/renovations and report findings to Facilities/Planning and supervisor.;
Order materials for finishing and cabinetry.
