Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent to service non-delinquent loans and deliver a world-class customer experience via inbound and outbound calls and the VMF website.
Hybrid schedule: four days in-office and one remote after training; hours include 11am–8pm on weekdays and 8:30am–5:30pm on Fridays. Compensation ranges from $22.43 to $26.39 per hour with bonus opportunities.
