Immanuel Community School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Grammar School Teacher to inspire and educate our elementary students in a classical Christian environment. Located in Knoxville, TN, our school is committed to nurturing young minds, hearts, and souls through a holistic approach to learning. As a teacher, you'll deliver engaging instruction in core subjects including language arts, math, history, science, and introductory Latin, while guiding students through daily routines, procedures, and school activities.

We're looking for a mature Christian educator who excels in classroom management, fosters meaningful relationships, and creates a caring, structured space where children can thrive spiritually, emotionally, and academically.

• Report to the Head of School and execute instructions and assignments to support school operations.

• Create an ordered, engaging classroom that promotes spiritual, emotional, and academic growth.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects, participate in school events, and contribute to a vibrant community.
• Engage in professional development to refine teaching practices and stay current with educational best practices.
• Adhere to child protection policies, reporting any health or welfare concerns promptly.
• Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and the community to foster a supportive learning ecosystem.
