Sr. Network Engineer

Join a high-performing engineering organization supporting mission-critical enterprise infrastructure. This role owns complex network design and delivery across a large scale environment, ensuring performance, security, and reliability across hybrid and cloud connected systems. You'll partner with engineering, Info Sec, operations teams, and vendors to build resilient network solutions that support business growth and modernization.

• Architect and deploy advanced LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud network solutions
• Configure and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity
• Monitor network health, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement proactive improvements
• Lead major network initiatives including upgrades, migrations, and new technology integrations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support secure connectivity for enterprise systems
• Mentor junior engineers and strengthen team capabilities
• Document designs, standards, and operational procedures

• 7+ years of progressive hands-on network engineering experience
• Deep expertise in routing, switching, subnetting, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, QoS
• Strong background with Cisco technologies and nextgen firewalls (Palo Alto preferred)
• Proficiency with VPN solutions, remote access, and cloud networking (Azure or AWS)
• Experience with SDWAN platforms such as Meraki or Palo Alto
• Strong understanding of security protocols including 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, SSL/TLS
• Advanced troubleshooting ability using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and common monitoring platforms
• Clear communication skills to explain complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead projects and guide junior engineers

• Cloud certifications (Azure preferred)
