Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join Covenant Living, a faith‑based senior living provider, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this role you provide direct resident care, support daily activities, and maintain a clean, safe environment across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the nurse manager and follow guidance from licensed nurses or supervisory staff.
  • Provide direct care to residents daily, including bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, and transfers.
  • Assist with resident activities and engagement.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks: clean rooms, change linens, make beds, tidy bedside tables, and clean bathrooms.
  • Assist with resident laundry: mark, mend, iron, and put away; notify supervisor of clothing needs.
  • Prepare residents for meals and assist with serving and feeding.
  • Maintain resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Assist with transportation/transfer as needed.
  • May cross‑train in assisted living.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an approved state nursing assistant program.
  • Passing the state Nursing Assistant certification exam.
  • Current registration on the state’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay range: $17.17 – $22.86.
