• Consult and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Prepare and administer medications orally, subcutaneously, or via IV, and record prescribed medication administrations
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with policy
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays
• Initiate corrective action when a patient displays adverse symptomatology
• Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
• Prepare equipment and assist the physician during examination and treatment
• Respond to life‑saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol
• Participate in discharge planning
• Utilize time‑management skills
• Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner
• Perform other position‑related duties as assigned, depending on the setting

• Current RN/LPN license in the state
• At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a long‑term care setting preferred
• Knowledge of Matrix Care preferred
