Licensed Practical Nurse Night

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

• Delivering individualized care based on a delegated plan, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Monitoring and documenting patient status, including vital signs, dressings, drains, and lab results.
• Communicating patient observations and changes in condition to healthcare team.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential medical records.
• Collecting and documenting data using specialized equipment and orienting patients and families to routines.
• Administering and documenting medications per policy.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

• Completion of an accredited LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training, such as residency programs or LPN-to-RN transition programs.
• Current LPN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact or applicable state licensing authority.

Basic knowledge required.

Night shift at a hospital facility, supporting a neuroscience med/surg department.
