Role Overview :This role involves administering treatments, interpreting telemetry data, coordinating care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery and safety.
Requirements:- Required 1 years’ experience.
- Required 1 year of Epic charting experience.
- Medication System:
Omnicell - Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TN active RN license.
- Required 1 years’ experience for travelers.
- Required Float, as needed and per skill set.
- Stroke and Tia patients
- High acuity med-surg patients
- Peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation
- Shift hours:
Night 3x12-Hour (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM). - Weekend Coverage:
Every Other. - Required Float, as needed and per skill set.
