Registered Nurse - Acute Care, Full-Time, Night

Role Overview

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.

• Conducts patient assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team, and monitors care quality.
• Delegates tasks appropriately, ensures patient safety, and incorporates cost-effective practices.
• Evaluates patient responses, revises plans as needed, and documents progress.
• Teaches patients and families, advocates for their needs, and ensures effective communication across the care team.
• Completes audits and participates in quality improvement initiatives.

• Requires an associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred), one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/LPN experience.
• Must hold a current RN license recognized in the state.
• Demonstrates professional accountability, proficiency with technology, and adherence to safety protocols.

This is a night shift role in a hospital setting, with responsibilities including compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
