Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time, Night Shift

Role

Provides nursing care under supervision, focusing on patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation.

Implements individualized care plans, monitors vital signs and patient responses, maintains accurate medical records, and administers medications.

Completion of an approved LPN program, with at least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training.

Holds a current LPN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact or the state of practice.

Knowledge of patient care procedures, ability to operate specialized equipment, and effective communication skills.

Non-management role reporting to a supervisor, with responsibilities including patient and family education, and performing delegated tasks.

Based in a hospital setting, working night shifts in a telemetry department.
