Role:
Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.
Responsibilities:Conducts assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team to set realistic goals. Provides direct patient care, delegates tasks, monitors care quality, and ensures patient safety. Utilizes performance indicators and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and maintains thorough documentation. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Assesses patient responses to interventions and revises care plans accordingly. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires an associate degree in Nursing (bachelor's preferred), with at least one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/program completion. Holds a current RN license recognized in the practice state. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Reflects professional accountability and maintains licensure and competencies.
