Role Summary
This position involves collaborating with nurse leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing student programs and initiatives that support clinical leadership and practice readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching and mentorship to nurse leaders, fostering the adoption of evidence-based practices and leadership competencies.
- Develop and manage programs aimed at preparing nursing students for clinical roles and increasing hiring opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify best practices, strategize initiatives, and ensure program sustainability.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, report on outcomes, and recommend improvements aligned with organizational and academic goals.
- Support implementation of new care modalities and process improvements within nursing practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and RN license in good standing.
- At least five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge.
- Proficiency in Evidence-Based Leadership (EBL), LEAN, and CAP methodologies.
- Strong data analysis, coaching, and program management skills.
