Role: Occupational Health Nurse providing direct and indirect nursing care to employees at client sites, working independently within established policies and medical directives.
Responsibilities- Triage and treat injured/exposed employees
- Perform health assessments
- Administer first aid
- Coordinate with medical providers
- Conduct occupational testing
- Support substance abuse programs
- Maintain accurate records
- Participate in wellness and safety initiatives
- Assist with clinical duties across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Associate degree in Nursing
- At least 2-3 years of nursing or occupational medicine experience
- Current RN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Preferred occupational health certification
- Knowledge of workers' compensation and case management is advantageous
- Supports clinic operations
- Maintains supplies
- Adheres to regulatory standards
- Non-management role reporting to a supervisor
- Focus on promoting health and safety in the workplace
