Registered Nurse - Medical​/Surgical - Full-Time - Days

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based practices.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Updating care plans based on patient condition changes and communicating effectively with team members.
• Providing direct patient care within the scope of practice, delegating tasks appropriately, and monitoring care quality.
• Ensuring patient safety, compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Utilizing performance indicators, participating in quality improvement, and documenting care accurately.
• Teaching patients and families, assessing learning needs, and promoting participation in care.
• Maintaining professional licensure, ongoing education, and reflecting on practice for continuous improvement.
• Serving as a patient advocate and coordinating care across disciplines.

Qualifications Include

• Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) or nursing diploma with RN licensure.
• One year of RN experience or completion of a recognized residency program or equivalent practical experience.
• Current RN license recognized in the state of practice.
