Registered Nurse - Orthopedic Surgery - Full-Time - Days

Role Overview:

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care using evidence-based practices across all nursing processes.

• Conducts assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, collaborates with healthcare teams, and ensures safe, quality care while adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Requires an associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred), active RN licensure, and at least one year of nursing experience or equivalent residency/LPN experience. Demonstrates strong communication, assessment, delegation, and critical thinking skills.

• Monitors care quality, participates in performance improvement, provides patient education, and advocates for patients. Maintains professional development and documentation standards.

• Non-management role reporting to a supervisor, with current RN licensure recognized by NCSBN.

Eligible for scheduled shifts in a dynamic, fast-paced inpatient environment.
