Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) - Emergency Department - Full-Time, Night Shift

Role

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.

• Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans collaboratively, and sets measurable goals for patient outcomes.
• Delegates tasks appropriately, monitors care quality, and evaluates patient responses to interventions.
• Ensures safety, compliance with regulations, and incorporates cost-effective practices.
• Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and facilitates smooth care transitions.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and maintains professional competency.

• Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), at least one year of RN experience or equivalent through residency programs or LPN experience.
• Current RN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact or in the practicing state.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Night shift available; non-management role reporting to supervisory staff.
