Licensed Practical Nurse - PRN, Night

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

• Delivering individualized nursing care based on a care plan, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Monitoring and documenting patient status, including vital signs, dressings, lab values, and responses to treatment.
• Communicating observations and changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.
• Collecting and documenting data using specialized equipment, and orienting patients and families to routines.
• Administering and documenting medications as per policy.
• Performing additional assigned duties as needed.

• Completion of an approved LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of LPN experience, or successful completion of a residency program or equivalent.
• Current LPN license recognized in the work state.

Basic nursing knowledge and compliance with licensing requirements.
