Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time, Night

Seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care.

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans collaboratively with patients and healthcare team.
• Monitoring patient progress, evaluating care effectiveness, and revising plans as needed.
• Providing direct patient care, delegating tasks appropriately, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices, promoting safety protocols, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educating patients and families, advocating for patient needs, and ensuring smooth care transitions.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, documentation accuracy, and professional licensure.

• Associate degree in Nursing;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of one year RN experience or completion of a recognized Nurse Residency Program.
• Current RN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact or applicable state licensure.

Knowledge of safety, quality standards, and effective communication. Ability to collaborate and adapt to changing patient needs.
