Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time, Night Shift

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

• Delivering individualized care based on a delegated plan, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Monitoring and documenting patient status, including vital signs, dressings, drains, and lab values.
• Reporting observations and changes in patient condition to healthcare team members.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.
• Using specialized equipment for data collection and patient orientation.
• Administering and documenting medications following policies.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

• Completion of an approved LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training such as residency programs or LPN to RN transition programs.
• Current LPN license recognized by NCSBN or relevant state licensing.

Basic knowledge required; specific skills not specified.

• Role reports to a supervisor or manager and is non-management.
• Work shift includes night hours.
