RN Nurse, ICU Nurse
Registered Nurse - Night Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift: 18:45 - 07:15, 3x12 hours, with weekend coverage every other weekend.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift position primarily focused on providing high-quality care in an inpatient unit dedicated to stroke and TIA patients, as well as higher acuity med-surg patients.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
Perform medication administration utilizing the Omnicell system.
Monitor and manage various patient diagnoses, including stroke, seizures, chest pain, and respiratory failure.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and experience.
Maintain patient safety and care standards during floating assignments as required.
Current TN RN license.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, including EPIC charting experience.
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
Previous charge experience is required.
