Prisma Health s goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
Modules:
Modules are billable, up to 16 hours
Modules are completed pre-start and not included in NBO, and completed annually
Modules are recorded in transcripts by Prisma Health, time is not entered into timecards
