Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide compassionate care in a Medical Surgical/Tele unit. This role involves managing a diverse adult and geriatric patient population with varying acuity levels.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active TN Registered Nurse license.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Be able to work 12-hour night shifts reliably.
• Must not be a first-time traveler; previous travel experience preferred.
