Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry

Role Overview:

Responsible for completing all training, clinical competencies, and professional development as part of a Nurse Residency Program.

• Participate actively in patient assessments, develop and revise care plans, and perform treatments under supervision.
• Record patient data accurately, identify needs, and document care provided.
• Delegate tasks appropriately, ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
• Recognize emergency situations, initiate advanced therapies, and act as patient advocate.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Perform clinical skills under supervision, and complete all program requirements.

• Associate Degree in Nursing;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• No prior experience required; candidates with over 12 months are ineligible.
• Current RN license or provisional license with NCLEX testing in progress.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adherence to policies.

Non-management role reporting to a supervisor, with variable shifts. Focuses on developing foundational nursing skills and professional growth within a clinical setting.
