The Nurse Manager Emergency and Trauma will help shape Trauma Services within a top-performing 400+ bed acute care facility known for award-winning cardiovascular care, advanced surgical technology, and high patient satisfaction. As the hospital builds out a new trauma program, this leader will help connect the Emergency Department, ER, ED, Fast Track, surgical services, critical care, and specialty teams to create efficient pathways for injured patients.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an RN Manager Trauma Program to establish best practices, strengthen readiness, and influence the future of emergency and trauma care.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nurse Manager Trauma Center will receive executive support, clinical resources, and cross-functional partnership while overseeing trauma program development, staff performance, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, education, staffing, budgeting, and patient safety initiatives. The Nursing Manager Trauma Services will collaborate with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, advanced practice providers, educators, case managers, therapists, pharmacists, quality specialists, and emergency healthcare professionals to promote consistent, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
