• Attend core classes, workshops, and complete clinical competencies under supervision.
• Participate in managing patient care, collecting data, and communicating with RNs.
• Provide patient treatments, education, and advocacy while adhering to policies on patient rights, infection control, and safety.
• Document care accurately, recognize emergencies, elevate issues, and implement cost-effective practices.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives.

• Completion of an accredited LPN program or recognized equivalency.
• Current LPN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact or in the state of employment.
• Less than 12 months of LPN experience; candidates with more experience are ineligible.
• Ability to work collaboratively, follow policies, and demonstrate a compassionate approach.

• Non-management role reporting to a supervisor.
• Variable work shifts.
• Location in a medical telemetry department.
