The Home Energy Specialist is responsible for helping homeowners become more energy efficient by performing Mass Save Home Energy Assessments. This role will be modeling homes in energy efficiency software, diagnosing energy usage problems, and recommending energy saving measures such as insulation, and high efficiency heating and cooling
Compensation:
No cold calls, no hunting sales, warm connections (people requesting an assessment) This is a commission-based role with average earnings of $95,000
