Physical Therapist - PT - Per Diem

Overview

Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located on the Cape in Mashpee, MA. As part of the PTS team, you may join any of our local PRN rosters as desired.

Facility is a moderately sized skilled rehab and nursing center offering short term, long term, and hospice care services to our local and surrounding communities. It is located in central Cape Cod with easy access to major highways to Plymouth, Boston, Worcester, and Rhode Island.

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.

• Current Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) license or license-eligible to practice in Massachusetts.
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or license-eligible to practice in Massachusetts (if required).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Flexibility with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $55.00 - $60.00 per day.
