Caring Hospice is seeking a Social Worker to provide quality hospice, end-of-life, educational and grief support services. The role includes conducting hospice assessments and patient visits across the Mashpee area.
The candidate must be a licensed LMSW or LCSW in MA with at least 2 years of hospice or oncology experience and be able to travel to patient residences. This is a part-time, on-the-road position with a $2,000 signing bonus.
