BAYADA Home Health has an exciting opportunity for a Full‑Time Admissions (SOC)
Registered Nurse!! You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients in Falmouth, Mashpee, Sandwich and Bourne.

Responsibilities:

• Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch‑pad tablet.

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  .
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
