Position

Southern Tide, LLC – Keyholder (Crew Position)

• Assist with daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and safeguard assets.
• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting and providing merchandise suggestions.
• Provide merchandising suggestions to management to improve sales.
• Build a personal client book.
• Learn and troubleshoot the point-of-sale software system in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Perform routine register transactions, inventory receiving/transfers, and opening/closing registers and store.
• Share current product knowledge with customers, offering recommendations and professional service to enhance shopping experience (e.g., fit, fashion wardrobing advice and add‑ons).
• Participate in store‑related meetings, aiming to exceed sales and service goals set by management.
• Operate the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide ideas to grow and improve the business, including merchandising, staffing, floor displays, fixturing, advertising, promotion, hours of operation, or other ideas that may improve and grow the business.
• Safeguard store assets; maintain inventory integrity; prevent shrinkage; assist in cycle counts and year‑end inventory.
• Open/close registers and store in the absence of manager or assistant manager.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail; proficient oral and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, keep organized, and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
