As a Sales Executive, you'll meet with prospective guests and existing owners, showcase the benefits of vacation ownership, and help families discover a lifetime of travel opportunities.

• Conduct engaging and professional presentations for guests visiting our resort.
• Guide guests through model accommodations and showcase the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Build rapport, identify vacation goals, and recommend ownership solutions that fit their lifestyle.
• Meet with existing owners to discuss upgrade opportunities and maximize the value of their ownership.
• Partner with sales leadership to structure ownership options and financing solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving individual sales goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Capital Vacations products, programs, and offerings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, automotive sales, insurance, finance, retail, luxury goods, or customer service is a plus—but not required.
• Ability to commute to our Sales Preview Center located at 141 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.
